| Shooting Blanks When I was a sophomore in high school I discovered that I really liked Radiohead a lot and was forever changed, but before that I pretty much only listened to punk bands. Really. I got into Green Day in 4th grade and literally only bought punk CDs for the next five years of my life - that and the occational ska band that was basically a punk band with horns, but I digress. So, in accordance with my tastes at the time, this is the punk band I started when I was a freshman in high school high. Pennywise, Bad Religion, No Use for a Name, Operation Ivy: I'm sure nobody anywhere has ever tried to copy you guys before so I hope you feel honored to have inspired a derivitive band. We recorded a two song demo on somebody's two-track (which split the tracks to left ear and right ear) and a five song one on my dad's old four-track. Bob resurrected one song for the Tight Stuff comp and then we let the band go back to dying with dignity. Members Mike Huguenor - vocals, guitar Chris Timm - drums Steve Lawler - bass |
